Commissioning

Commissioning is crucial for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of data centers from the outset, minimizing the risk of downtime and operational failures while optimizing energy use and operational costs.

Reliability, security and better performance for your data center operations

How we work with you

We allocate a dedicated data center commissioning team made up of a company director who will take the lead in coordinating the design, build teams, and stakeholder teams. Included within your team will be design, M&E, and equipment specialists who are used to working with a range of contracts.

Design review

We can undertake an independent role in the validation of equipment and asset design to ensure it meets industry and regulatory standards and your future vision for the data center.

Construction phase

We manage the design and build process from acquisition and procurement through to verification and installation of equipment, making sure all activity complies with the design, specifications, and best practices.

Testing phase

Our qualified commissioning experts can undertake tests on electrical systems, cooling systems, backup generators, and other critical infrastructure to confirm they operate correctly under various conditions.

Operational readiness

We will ensure your data center is ready for operation by ensuring all training and documentation has been verified and undertaken. 

Post-occupancy phase

As your long-term partner, we monitor performance of your data center and act as the independent auditor for crucial metrics from PUE to CUE and WUE.
