Salute strengthens leadership team with appointment of Jeff Lettice, former Head of Infrastructure Performance Management at AWS

Jeff Lettice has joined Salute as Vice President, Customer Success, bringing over 20 years’ experience in leading infrastructure performance and strategic operations across hyperscale and enterprise environments.

Most recently, Jeff served as Head of Infrastructure Performance Management for the Americas at AWS. There, he led a team overseeing more than 40 colocation vendors and 140+ sites across the US, Latin America, and Canada. Prior to AWS, he held leadership roles at T-Mobile and Panasonic Avionics, where he specialized in vendor management, operations, and project delivery at scale.

Jeff’s decision to join Salute comes at a pivotal point in his career and following the completion of his MBA in 2024 he was driven by the opportunity to apply his experience and strategic thinking in an environment where Salute’s ambitious vision will require expert leadership.
