Salute, the leading provider of global data center lifecycle services, has appointed Colleen Judge as the new Head of Business Finance for the Americas region.
Stepping into the role alongside Heather Crook, who also joins as Global Head of Finance Operations, Colleen brings a fresh wave of industry expertise and momentum to the expanding finance organization. More specifically, this appointment reflects continued investment in high-impact leadership to support the next phase of growth across the Americas region, namely by providing the leadership necessary to drive innovation, value creation and consistency across the fast growing data center end-market.

“What really drew me to Salute was the chance to be part of something purpose-driven, where I can help shape outcomes in a meaningful way,” says Colleen. “I’ve always been drawn to highly regulated, high-performance environments, and the complexity of the data center industry really speaks to that. Also, given my family’s strong connection to the military and law enforcement, I’m really excited about working for a company that, since its inception, has been so firmly committed to helping veterans build meaningful careers and prepare for the next chapter in their professional lives.”
In taking on this role, Colleen brings nearly a decade of leadership experience from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she supported healthcare and technology clients. Known for her ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex client requirements, she combines strong financial acumen with a practical, solution-oriented approach. These capabilities and her talent for translating financial data into strategic insights have consistently strengthened client partnerships and driven meaningful business results, namely by improving processes, aligning operations with financial goals, and enabling smarter decision-making across functions.
“Colleen’s clarity and rigor in connecting financial strategy to real business outcomes will no doubt prove a powerful asset as we scale and adapt to AI-led advancements in the Americas region,” says Clarence Philipneri, Chief Financial Officer at Salute. “She’s nothing short of a rockstar when it comes to driving structure and alignment, assets that will be essential as she builds a finance roadmap to clarify workflows, support scalable documentation, and help us integrate new acquisitions more smoothly.”
In pursuit of that goal, Colleen’s initial focus will center on assessing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing scalable processes that enhance consistency and alignment. Similarly, she will also prioritize tools and documentation that accelerate decision-making and streamline team collaboration.
In doing so, Colleen will reinforce the financial infrastructure needed to support every stage of their clients’ journey—from advisory to design, build, operate, and refresh. As Salute continues to scale across the Americas, Colleen’s leadership will help ensure that their finance operations evolve in lockstep with the integrated, end-to-end services that define Salute’s approach to data center excellence.
