On behalf of myself and everyone at Salute Mission Critical, know that you, our data center customers, are not alone and our thoughts are with you.

Written by Lee Kirby, Co-Founder & Chairman of Salute Mission Critical

During this period of uncertainty, I have had time to reflect on what I am thankful for. On behalf of myself and everyone at Salute Mission Critical, know that you, our data center customers, are not alone and our thoughts are with you. I find it admirable that essential staff across all industries are at peak performance. We are all working together for one common goal and not all heroes wear capes.

To our staff

It is your dedication and commitment to providing quality service during this unprecedented period that is keeping us connected. From adapting quickly to new procedures to ensuring safety and operational continuity, you too are essential workers accomplishing feats of great importance to our economy. While your children are at home, you are going into an environment that is risky and uncertain. Unlike a soldier going to war, this is an uncharted situation with no planned end-date. But right now, society is counting on critical industries like ours to keep businesses going and real people employed. That means essential staff must show up every day and do their job. I commend you.

To our clients

Thank you for your collaboration and faith in us during this period. You have trusted us to provide onsite services and serve the essential functions of your data center as part of your business continuity plans. We are here to support you now and into the future. With our blend of military precision and data center expertise, we’ll continue to accomplish our joint mission with commitment, integrity and resolve.

To the people

Even though in this time of social distancing and self-isolation, it seems we are alone, in reality, we are #alonetogether. Let’s continue to work together on flattening the curve – eventually, COVID-19 will pass and it will be the strength of our shared humanity that will power us to a better future.

To everyone that is part of the Salute family, thank you for working every day to do what is needed and identifying additional ways to improve safety measures. Your strength of character is clearly apparent. After all, it requires a significant amount of coordination and communication to navigate the complex and rapidly shifting regulatory environments of the different markets we serve. We wish you health and safety.

From all of us to all of you, we are stronger together.
