Salute has expanded its EMEA presence with three strategic appointments under Managing Director Jon Healy, all of whom are bringing proven data center expertise to newly created executive roles.
Stephen Lorimer – VP of Professional Services: With over 20 years’ experience in mission-critical environments, including senior roles at Keysource and Digital Infrastructure Advisors (DIAL), Stephen has worked extensively across the digital infrastructure lifecycle, providing technical due diligence, design consultancy, and strategic advisory to investment funds, developers, and operators. As VP of Professional Services for Salute, he will lead EMEA’s Advisory, Consultancy, Design, and Sustainability Services, from initial investor and M&A stages, through design consultation and ongoing strategic advisory across the entire data center lifecycle.
Richard Clifford – VP of Sales and Solutions: Following 16 years at Keysource, where he led innovation, data center design consultancy, and, most recently, served as Director of Solutions, Richard has built a reputation as a visionary problem-solver across diverse data center environments. As VP of Sales and Solutions for Salute, he will lead in delivering integrated go-to-market strategies, expanding client relationships through Salute’s extensive lifecycle services, and coordinating solution design for new customers in colocation, enterprise, AI, cloud, and hyperscale markets.
Adam Quarmby – VP of Operational Services: Promoted from Head of Projects EMEA after joining Salute in 2022, Adam has quickly established himself as a key operational leader with expertise in facilities management and complex program delivery. As VP of Operational Services, Adam is responsible for leading and driving the performance of FM operations across EMEA for our customers, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. With a focus on innovation, quality, and client value, Adam will work closely with the senior leadership team, driving our vision for customer excellence.
