Mike Jones
Managing Director for the Americas
Mike will be tasked with ensuring operational excellence across the Americas by developing a world-class AI talent program and driving forward key financial targets. By doing so, he will drive profitability while upholding the highest standards of safety and ethics.
Jon Healy
Managing Director for the EMEA
Jon will be responsible for driving business performance and accelerating growth across the EMEA region. His primary focus here will be on delivering integrated, end-to-end services, as well as leading operational strategies that help Salute capture market share in this emerging market.
Mark Reynolds
Chief Growth Officer
Mark will drive Salute’s top-line growth by developing and executing strategies for business and market expansion in line with the most exciting innovations. In this capacity, he will lead merger and acquisition efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and oversee marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand positioning.
Michael Nimeth
EVP for Global Sales and Solutioning
Michael will lead the global sales team to expand market share and align sales strategies with business objectives. In doing so, he will ensure both increased revenue and customer satisfaction. This will primarily involve focusing on key growth opportunities and customer-centric proposals, optimizing the solutioning process, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
John Shultz
Chief AI Product and Learning Officer
John will lead Salute’s AI-driven data center solutions, focusing on enhancing design, build, and operations through AI innovation. By doing so, he will cultivate a culture of continuous learning, empowering teams with the skills needed to excel in the fast-evolving data center industry.
