Job Description
In close consultation with Datacenter management, the Contracts-Finance Administrator will contribute to the negotiations for contracts and financial support for the management of EMEA Datacenters.

The Contracts-Finance Administrator reports directly to the Contracts Manager and EMEA Director of Operations.

Ensures proper and timely and in accordance with applicable processes and procedures execution of activities for Contracts management and Financial support:

Support the Contracts Manager and the EMEA Regional Team in the management of Operations Contract (Filing systems and proprietary system)
Support the Contracts Manager in the tracking of EU Operations Contracts throughout the negotiation process, from Draft to Fully-Executed, by monitoring, multiple versions to ensure and vendor requested edits are applied and for version control (Filing systems)
Managing the retention of EMEA related Contract Documents such as emails, internal approvals, and meeting notes (Filing systems) – Support Contracts Manager and EMEA Regional Team by and assisting with developing internal payment schedules, and invoice processing and reporting on both
Support Contracts Manager and EMEA Regional Team by obtaining signatures according to the approval matrix (DocuSign)
Support the Contracts Manager and EMEA Regional Team by tracking and reporting Contract Life Cycle Management (“CLM” – Renewals and Roll-Offs)
Support the Contracts Manager by drafting Amendments as necessary for Service Adds or Drops – Manage weekly tracker and participate in weekly meetings
Liaise with other Departments and vendors as required Works effectively and efficiently with others inside the organization.
Has regular meetings with the Contracts Manager and other relevant EMEA stakeholders.
Has regular meetings with peers and colleagues in regard to site activities and best practices.
Responsible for ensuring that all vendor contracts are made in accordance with T&C’s, policy/procedures.
– Education level “HBO” (BBA or similar)
– Contract management and Financial systems.
– Relevant work experience in a Contract Administrator/Procurement/financial environment

Skills (knowledge, personal qualities):
– Strong communications, both written and verbal (Dutch, English, and Spanish)
– Strong Organization and Time Management
– Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, DocuSign, DropBox
– Attention to Details, Good administrative skills, set priorities
– Taking initiative, Team Player

The role is a full-time position and your base salary will be commensurate with experience but is expected to be highly competitive. The opportunity is located in Amsterdam and will include business travel as needed to meet business demands but will likely be nominal. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00 – €50,000.00 per year
