Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager has a pivotal opportunity to support the growth of Salute Mission Critical and shape the future of our sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager (SOM) empowers our sales team to deliver a seamless customer journey by developing, implementing, and continuously improving sales enablement tools, maintaining a clear organizational structure, and driving lead generation and market build out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Continuous Process Improvement: 50% of responsibility

· New Customer and Partnership Success journey

· Organizational structure

· Sales technology

· B2B marketing and lead generation

· Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Quality, and Operations to improve our service performance

· New employee onboarding process and training documentation

Sales Technology Strategy and Oversight: 25% of responsibility

· Data and technology integration

· Improve sales efficiency and drive adoption

· Coordinate with our Salesforce administrator to prioritize and manage improvement initiatives

· CRM data and change management

· Support our forecasting and demand planning efforts

Technology Evaluation & Implementation: 25% of responsibility

· Establish, maintain, and refresh evaluation criteria

· CRM, business intelligence, forecasting, and other sales technology solutions

· Identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate and implement solutions

· Other duties and projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 3+ years’ experience in sales operations and/or program management

· Military or Military Spouse preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

· Must be able to effectively lead, navigate, and complete complex projects involving customers and cross-functional teams

· Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into operational requirements and specific action items

· Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and senior staff

· Ability to stay organized and “multi-task” while also reassessing priorities on a continual basis

· Takes ownership in identification, recommendation, and implementation of process improvement initiatives

· Expert in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

· Willingness to roll-up sleeves and accomplish any task

· Ability to self-motivate and work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of our customers and business
