Job description

The Network Operations Centre Operator ensures that NOC operations run smoothly and efficiently. The NOC Admin Tech. is often the initial face and voice for clients, vendors, and staff- it is critical for successful candidates to be personable and presentable.

Primary responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, acknowledging tickets, granting access to our facility and other facilities as required, digital and paper file management and general office organization. Additionally, the role will support all areas of Data Centre Operations.

Additional technical training can be provided for the individual based on ability and desire.

Additional Duties:
